An integral part of our spiritual emotional and mental state we believe is how healthy are we.  Dis (at) ease runs rampant in our society today. So often in our society we wait until our car (our bodies) run out of gas, parts just don’t seem to work as well as they used to or maybe even wait and/or ignore the RED light flashing before ………………………
 
Why wait!  Our body is our sacred temple. Without good health - mind, body and spirit we may not live to our full potential enjoying everyday in everywhay.  Nurturing ourselves is a gift to our sacred self.

Its really very foundation, its not rocket science & its exciting and its empowering for you.   Lets go back to basics.  Our sacred temple is made up of lots of tubes - millions and millions.  What happens if the sink in your home gets clogged up.  Pretty annoying heh!  I guess you'd do something about I guess?  Water and debris don't flush away as easily and stuff just hangs around.  Same really with our 'tubes'.  If our tubes and tunnels are clean negative thoughts and emotions that can clog us can then be easily flushed away allowing wonderfully positive thoughts and amazing healing qualities to saturate, enrich and empower us - enabling clarity of thought and focus.
