Tired of Feeling Stressed, Sick or Just Stuck?
Don’t miss this 4-week stress-reduction program!

“Your Path to Less Stress, More Serenity, Health and God” Begins September 29, 2019.

This program is for you if:

  • you feel tired, irritable, stressed, or just stuck

  • you worry too much

  • you are dealing with pain, chronic illness, or problems with your weight, blood sugar or sleep

  • your prayer life leaves you feeling distant from God

Topics will include: mind-body-spirit connections, stress, resilience, habits, prayer, eating, exercise, mindfulness, and goal setting.

No magic beans. No quick fixes.

Over the course of four weeks, you’ll be asked to:

  • Take an honest look at your present current physical, mental, and spiritual health

  • Set goals and try new things because what hasn’t worked in the past will not start suddenly working now

  • Share your struggles and triumphs with God while you also accept personal responsibility and take action!

The program works, but YOU have to participate if you want results. YOU are worth it!

We're excited to offer this program in an online format for the first time. Each week, you'll receive access to course materials via email. A private Facebook group will also be available to allow participants to learn from and share with one another. You'll also have the opportunity to provide feedback during and after the program so, together, we can make this always-free program even better for future online participants.

Meet Your Discussion Leader and Moderator, Donna Chacko, M.D.

Donna practiced medicine for 40 years, first as a radiation oncologist and later as a family medicine doctor. She began to feel troubled over how the mind and body were treated separately and the spirit not even considered.

She became especially interested in stress and mind-body medicine while working in Washington, D.C., with immigrants and homeless men and women. Now her calling is to promote the health of body, mind, and spirit through her website serenityandhealth.com, her blog, and various programs at her church and (now) online.

She is a wife, mother, and grandmother and lives in a suburb of Washington, D.C., with her husband.
